Sheil Shukla, DO

Dr Sheil Shukla a Chicagoland-based, board-certified internal medicine physician, artist, creator, and cookbook author. He is passionate about plant-based nutrition and its applications to clinical medicine. He is the creator, recipe developer, and food photographer of @plantbasedartist on Instagram with over 90,000 followers. He loves exploring new cultures through their foods, and his culinary interests are in South Asian and East Asian cuisines. He lives in the north Chicagoland suburbs his wife Rachel and three children.
